Copyright

A.	The artist retains copyright of the Work. The owner is granted limited nonexclusive reproduction rights as described in Appendix A and made a part hereof.
B.	The artist warrants to owner that the artist is the author and copyright owner of the Work, and that the Work does not infringe the copyright, or other rights, in any other work.

Integrity of the Work and the Edition

A.	At no time can the individual components of the Work be used, shown, or transferred individually, the Work shall always be used, shown, and transferred as a whole.
B.	Purchaser shall exhibit and maintain the Work in accordance with instructions and diagrams as shown.
C.	No changes are to be made to any objects, materials, machines, spatial layout, or dimensions, or any other component of the Work, except where it is necessary to replace materials or machinery for technical reasons, including instances of wear, damage, or upgrading. ln the event that the owner fails to comply with the terms above, then, in addition to any other rights or remedies which [Artist name] may have at law or in equity, the Work shall no longer be a Work by [Artist name], and [Artist name]’s name may not be used in connection therewith.
D.	The owner may not copy the Work, or prepare other works based in whole or in part on the Work.
E.	Artist hereby warrants that he shall not exercise any right he may retain in the Work in any manner which would impair the value or integrity of the Edition.

ANNEXE A – NONEXCLUSIVE LICENSE

I, [Artist name], the undersigned, being the owner of ail copyright interests in the work of art, [Title], [date], (the "Work"), do hereby, by way of gift, authorize the Owner to reproduce the Work by methods involving photographic, film, or digital image for display and transmission to the general public for teaching, scholarship, archive, catalogue, or publicity purposes.

The reproductions authorized by the terms of this agreement are subject to the following conditions:

i.	Any reproduction of the Work must be accompanied by full documentation. Full documentation consists of: the artist's name, title of work, date, medium and size.
ii.	i.Ali reproductions of the Work shall bear a copyright notice, as prescribed by the Copyright Law of the [Country] which shall read as follows: © [Artist name]
iii.	i.The Work shall be reproduced in its entirety. The reproduction of a specific detail must be approved in advance by the artist or his agent.
iv.	i.Any reproduction of the Work, whether analog or digital, must be full-tone black and white or full-tone color, and may not be reproduced on colored stock. Reproductions may not be bled off the page or cropped in any way. Nothing may be superimposed on the reproduction (i.e. lettering or tone or another image). ln addition, digital images of the Work may not be manipulated, morphed, distorted, or otherwise altered, nor may they be coupled with lettering or other images.
v.	i.The Work may not be reproduced in three-dimensional form in whole or in part.
vi.	i.Special permission must be obtained from the artist or his agent if the reproduction is to appear on a dust jacket, record cover, calendar, brochure, film, CD-ROM, or other commercial product, and an additional fee may be charged.

Nothing herein stated shall be construed to permit the Owner to reproduce or to duplicate the Work in any dimensions, scale, or size, in whole or in part; or reproduce the Work, or a part of the Work with any other work or installation.

The effective date of this nonexclusive license shall coincide with the date ownership of the Work is acquired by the Owner. This nonexclusive license, which does not transfer ownership of the copyright to the Owner, shall survive ail assignments of copyright.
